The All India Journalist Press Association is India’s leading body of journalists representing all the States and Union Terrorism across India, giving it strength to meet the growing challenges faced by the media. Foremost being support to foster a free, frank, fearless, 4th estate functioning with integrity. Alongside protecting journalists’ rights and their personal safety, uphold the citizens’ rights to information, defend human dignity and fight for social justice – critical to any thriving vibrant democratic society.
Thus, it’s critical every journalist lend his/her voice and contribute to upholding the core values of the profession and work towards the larger goal – of safeguarding democracy, promoting sustainable development, and defending people’s rights. Be an integral part of AIJPA; let’s revive the sentiment why we became Journalists in the first place – not just a profession but a calling. We are Journalists by Choice and not by Chance.

Membership Form
The Annual Membership fee of the Association is Rs. 1000/-
RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF THE MEMBER:
Every Member Shall Have Right to participate In general body meeting and shall also be entitled to inspect records of the society with prior approval of the Governing Body, members shall be entitled to participate in the meetings, seminars, conferences, nukkad nataks, awareness camps and other functions of the society. Members of AIJPA also have the privilege of getting their articles and other journalistic works, reports etc. published in the Association’s Special Souvenirs after the approval of the Governing Body of the Association.
The Association provides legal support to any of its’ members, besides offers logistical support such as studios, indoor and outdoor shooting, shooting equipments including cameras, lights and all related equipments and connected facilities from pre-production to post-production for any kind of shooting of any media related programs, to general public at standard rates. Members of the AIJPA are offered special discount on all these facilities.
The Association brings out Special Souvenirs and other journals aimed to create awareness on important issues and occasions concerning the society and democracy at large, on regular occasions and those are available to members free of cost.
